Role Overview: The Events Manager is responsible for the live delivery and showrunning of high-frequency front-end sales events. This role owns the in-room experience, controlling pace, energy and flow to create an environment that supports attendee engagement and conversion. The Events Manager works closely with trainers on stage delivery and coordinates with the Hospitality & Logistics team to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Result Areas
- Plan and deliver high-quality, effective and engaging live events that support the company's vision and sales goals.
- Run the room with control over pace, energy and flow, ensuring attendees remain engaged across multi-day events.
- Continually evaluate, identify and act on areas for improvement within event delivery.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness by creating an environment that supports the sales process without directly closing deals.
- Develop professional relationships with trainers and colleagues that result in consistent, high-quality stage delivery.
Strategic
- Coordinate with trainers on stage delivery, timing and messaging to ensure alignment with event objectives.
- Manage live delivery and conversion moments, supporting the sales environment through effective showrunning.
- Control crowd management and attendee experience throughout the event.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define event goals, objectives and specific implementation plans aligned with sales targets.
- Identify areas for improvement in event delivery and work with the Head of Events to implement changes.
Operational
- Work from show-ready rooms prepared by the Hospitality & Logistics team, focusing exclusively on showrunning and attendee experience.
- Complete all pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs with trainers and crew.
- Produce KPIs with supporting analysis and report on event performance, highlighting areas for ongoing improvement.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure Sales and CDT are aligned with event objectives and attendee status.
- Attend weekly capacity and VIP meetings to coordinate cover, flag high-value attendees and confirm event readiness.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting the successful delivery of live events.
- Develop professional relationships in all aspects of the position that result in stable, consistent and courteous communication with trainers, clients and colleagues.
Experience – traits & character
- Experience in event management, live production or stage management.
- Proven ability to manage room energy and maintain attendee engagement.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with numerous deadlines.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Proven ability to take direction and work collaboratively with teams and colleagues.
- Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of other team members in support of achieving event goals.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of IT competence is preferred however training will be provided.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends is compulsory.

Pay: £24,785.00-£25,000.00 per year
