Job title: Coordinator

Reporting to: Home-Visiting Manage

Location: You will be working across the boroughs of Burnley,

Pendle and Rossendale with an office base in Nelson. The

expectation is that you will be able to work from the

office, directly with families in their own homes, or in the

community according to your agreed working pattern and

service needs.

Hours: Permanent, subject to funding (30 hours per week)

Salary: £21,415 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our volunteers and play a

key part in delivering high‑quality support to families. We work with families

who have children from pre‑birth up to 11 years old, offering help with a

wide range of needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting

volunteers who provide home‑based support to families. You’ll supervise

and guide volunteers to make sure the support they offer is safe, effective

and tailored to each family’s situation.

You will also carry out initial assessments when families are referred to us,

helping to understand their needs and how we can best support them. As

support progresses, you’ll complete regular reviews

Pay: £21,415.00 per year
