About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our welcoming and growing ASA team! If you are looking to take that first step into the workforce and have excellent attention to detail and the natural ability to build rapport, then this is the role for you!
As an
Engagement Officer, you’ll be the go-to person for apprentices and employers, providing support, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You’ll focus on guiding apprentices and employers through the final stages of their journey, assisting with any administrative tasks.
This is a
full-time, permanent position that will be based in our Osborne Park office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making regular outbound calls to apprentices, offering support, guidance, and answering questions to ensure a seamless successful completion process of their apprenticeship.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all our stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a positive experience.
- Complete Completion Contacts in line with contract requirements and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Keeping our databases accurate, compliant, and up-to-date in a timely manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A passion for administration and customer service.
- The ability to connect with others and handle high volumes of outbound calls.
- The motivation to hit KPIs and achieve your goals.
- Exceptional organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate computer skills with competency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check
