Key responsibilities

• Lead new-product introduction (NPI) strategies: perform feasibility evaluations (manufacturability, cycle time, capital and labor cost), produce cost estimates, and define production cycle-time targets and launch plans.
• Implement engineering changes (ECNs/PCNs) and coordinate their integration into production lines — update process documentation, routings, fixtures, test programs and work instructions.
• Establish, monitor and drive goals and KPIs for line balance, UPH (units per hour), UPPH (units per person per hour), HC (headcount), quality (yield/defects), efficiency, and productivity.
• Perform capacity review and analysis; maintain and present capacity reports; lead weekly capacity meetings with production, planning, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Optimize line balance and takt time through time studies, workstation design, manpower allocation and material flow improvements.
• Support root-cause investigations for quality, yield and throughput issues (8D, RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and industry standards (e.g., IPC) on the production floor.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably PCBA/SMT assembly environment.
• Advanced English
• Hands-on experience with NPI, engineering change implementation, line balancing and capacity planning.
• Solid knowledge of SMT assembly processes (solder paste, pick-and-place, reflow, inspection/test).
• Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling (Excel advanced, Minitab or equivalent).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, time studies, standard work, value-stream mapping and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong project management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
