Buscamos un/a Performance Marketing Analyst orientado/a a resultados y crecimiento digital para liderar la coordinación estratégica de nuestras agencias de performance, impulsando el crecimiento de los canales ecommerce de la compañía (.com y app), asegurando una ejecución alineada al negocio, foco en revenue y una visión full funnel.
La posición será responsable de dar seguimiento al desempeño de campañas digitales, analizar métricas clave, identificar oportunidades de optimización y garantizar que las agencias ejecuten estrategias alineadas a los objetivos comerciales de adquisición, conversión y rentabilidad.
No buscamos únicamente un perfil operativo de plataformas, sino una persona con criterio de negocio, capacidad analítica y habilidad para gestionar partners externos con alto nivel de exigencia y ownership.
