ABOUT ALL FREIGHT TRUCKING INC.
All Freight Trucking Inc. is a California-based logistics and trucking company founded in 2002, specializing in last-mile delivery, LTL, 3PL, cross-docking, and same/next-day delivery services across Northern and Southern California. Our Querétaro office is the operational hub connecting Dispatch, Customer Service, Finance, and Systems — and it's growing.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on, logistics-minded Operations Manager to lead and scale our Querétaro office. This role oversees a team of 25+ people that goes well beyond administrative support — our dispatch function owns full routing responsibility for All Freight's California operations, making logistics expertise a core requirement for this position.
The Operations Manager is accountable for the quality of routing decisions, the performance of the dispatch and operations support team, and the seamless coordination with U.S. terminals and drivers. We need a builder and operator — someone who takes ownership, drives accountability, and raises the bar on how the team works every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Querétaro team across Dispatch, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Operations Support.
- Own the quality and efficiency of routing operations — ensure dispatchers are building optimal routes that minimize cost, maximize on-time performance, and make the best use of available assets.
- Establish routing standards, review processes, and KPIs to continuously improve fleet utilization and delivery performance.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Mexico office and U.S. terminals, drivers, and leadership.
- Monitor daily operational metrics and generate performance reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure proper and consistent use of the TMS (Fleet Enable) across all dispatch and operations functions.
- Identify and implement process improvements in routing workflows, driver communications, and operational support.
- Manage team scheduling, performance management, and staffing in coordination with U.S. leadership.
- Support onboarding and training of dispatchers with a strong emphasis on routing best practices.
- Handle administrative and HR functions for the Mexico office in compliance with local labor regulations.
- Assist with financial tracking, expense reporting, and budget adherence for the Mexico operation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, dispatch management, or a similar leadership role — trucking or last-mile experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of routing principles: load optimization, time windows, driver HOS compliance, territory management, and cost-per-stop efficiency.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 25 or more people — this is a substantial operation and requires a manager with real experience at scale.
- Bilingual — strong written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English is required.
- Hands-on experience with a TMS or routing software; familiarity with Fleet Enable or similar platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading operational data, identifying inefficiencies, and acting on them.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
- Experience with QuickBooks or basic financial reporting is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Querétaro, México.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- Opportunity to lead a critical operational function with real impact on U.S. delivery performance.
- Direct collaboration with U.S. leadership and full visibility across company operations.
- A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your decisions move the needle.
