3 interviews in total across 2 and a half months. The first was a screening with HR, the second with direct manager, the third with the upper level manager. Each time I waited at least two weeks before getting response on next step (more than a month between second and third). In the end I declined because by the time they made the offer, my employer at that time improved my salary conditions upon finding out of my application. Didi offered roughly 15% increase whereas my employer roughly 25% . Additionally, I thought the direct manager of that position was slightly too Junior; he was great but I preferred my current manager. Even though I declined, I liked the company a lot as well as the process. I admit I didn't pick the best time to apply.

Approached by two seperate HR associate on the same day (first red flag) asking if I am interested in speaking with them about the position. Agreed and sent my resume. One of them ghosted me immediately (second red flag). Set up a call with the other HR associate. On that day, did not get a call. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, followed up with a message and they didn’t respond. Huge red flag if that’s how they treat potential employees.

1. Short pre-recorded interview in Spanish and English. 2. Group (4 people) interview solving a case. You got only 20 minutes to solve the case together. 3. Two separate case interviews with the managers. Each 30 min approx.

Dos entrevistas de casos que tenian que ver con didi y con el cargo. Una primera entrevista con reclutador para ver si era fit para el puesto. Solo eso fue lo que paso.

There wrere 3 interviews, first project introduction, 2nd is about python scrap and some packet capture tool, 3rd is about basic knowledge about QA which I learned all online by myself

Way too many people involved in this process. Recruiter 1 reached out about a position via LinkedIn. I completed a 30-minute phone screening with Recruiter 2, during which I later found out I was provided incorrect information about the position and team. Then was contacted via WhatsApp by Recruiter 3 to set up the following interview. I completed a 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager, which was fine. Then received an email from Recruiter 4 saying they were moving forward with other candidates, with absolutely zero feedback whatsoever. Responded to say thank you and ask for feedback on the interview and followed up a few days later, but have been completely ignored. No issues with not being the right fit, but find it hugely disrespectful to not provide candidates with any helpful feedback, especially when requested. Negative experience overall, felt like a waste of my time.

The interviewer (who turns out to be my mentor) phoned me on a weekday night and asked me about the academic projects that I had done. I had two rounds of interview.

phone interview. 30 minutes. basically talk about previous internship work experience. only one round of interview. common questions about job of data analyst. e.g. index system, analyse fluctution, attibution. good good good good good

O processo foi bem interessante, porque são várias etapas, primeiro a entrevista é com o Recursos Humanos, depois com o Gestor da área, também tem a entrevista com a Direção.
