The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Retention Marketing Specialist to support lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and owned channels. This role is responsible for the day-to-day build, QA, and deployment of retention campaigns and flows, working closely with senior team members to execute against established strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, is highly organized, and has strong attention to detail.
Responsabilities:
- Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns and automated flows across platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar
- Execute against established campaign calendars, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all sends
- Manage campaign setup including segmentation, dynamic content, personalization, and scheduling
- Own creative implementation including formatting, and troubleshooting rendering issues across devices and inboxes
- Perform QA across all campaigns and flows to ensure links, tracking, and personalization logic are functioning correctly
- Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues or anomalies to senior team members
- Support A/B test execution including setup, tracking, and basic results reporting
- Assist in list hygiene, suppression management, and audience segmentation updates
- Collaborate with Creative and Strategy teams to ensure assets are properly translated into final builds
- Maintain documentation of campaign setups, processes, and QA checklists

Who You Are:
- 2–4+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or email/SMS marketing
- English proficiency B2, C1+
- Bachelor’s degrees in marketing, Communication or related.
- Hands-on experience with ESP/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar
- Strong understanding of email/SMS campaign setup, segmentation, and QA best practices
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email (basic troubleshooting and editing)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
