The Opportunity
Your Impact
The Plant Maintenance Analyst supports manufacturing operations through the development, analysis, and automation of operational reports and KPIs, providing accurate insights on plant performance, efficiency, and labor productivity. Partnering with Maintenance, Operations, and Site Leadership teams, this role delivers data-driven insights that support continuous improvement and informed business decision-making.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and manage plant maintenance and production data to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance tracking and decision-making
-
Drive reporting standardization, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives

Deliver KPIs aligned with business objectives
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data-driven roles
-
Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Manufacturing experience and knowledge of plant performance metrics are a plus.

Fluent in English with strong attention to detail and organization.
