SAP Consultant (DRC)

We are seeking a skilled SAP Consultant (DRC) to configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance, implementing end-to-end electronic invoicing solutions tailored to country-specific statutory requirements. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver compliant, well-documented solutions that support accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) to implement end-to-end electronic invoicing solutions for a specific country/region in line with statutory requirements
• Maintenance of country-specific DRC configuration, including Define Compliance Reporting Framework, Assign Company Codes and Activate Business Functions
• Setup of eDocument types and mappings
• Configuration of output determination and message control
• Maintenance of XML schemas and format mappings
• Establishment of communication arrangements with SAP Cloud Integration to connect tax authority or government platforms
• Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand financial requirements
• Clear communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical users
• Proactive identification of opportunities for process improvements
• Alignment with SAP Finance best practices and maintenance of up-to-date implementations
• Thorough documentation of system configurations and related processes
• Successful completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with minimal defects within agreed project timelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Knowledge of Parallel Accounting with a ledgers-based approach
• Expertise in DRC functionality, including e-invoicing and local reporting configuration
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GAAP accounting
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform
• Competency in SAP Controlling
