SAP Consultant (DRC)

We are looking for a SAP Consultant (DRC) to shape SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance and deliver compliant e-invoicing per local statutory rules. You will partner with business stakeholders to implement and refine DRC configurations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong documentation across releases. Responsibilities

• Configure and tailor SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) to deliver end-to-end electronic invoicing for a specific country/region aligned with statutory requirements
• Maintain country-specific DRC setup, including Define Compliance Reporting Framework, Assign Company Codes and Activate Business Functions
• Set up eDocument types and mappings
• Implement output determination and message control configuration
• Maintain XML schemas and format mappings
• Establish communication arrangements with SAP Cloud Integration to connect with tax authority or government platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify financial requirements
• Communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical users
• Identify opportunities for process improvements proactively
• Align solutions with SAP Finance best practices and keep implementations current
• Document system configurations and related processes thoroughly
• Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with minimal defects within agreed project timelines

Requirements

• Proven software development experience of 5+ years
• Solid knowledge of Parallel Accounting using a ledgers-based approach
• Deep expertise in DRC functionality, including e-invoicing and local reporting configuration
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GAAP accounting
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform
• Competency in SAP Controlling
