Wellbeing continued to be a strong focus across our offices this year at Workhuman. Employees took part in regular yoga and wellness classes, alongside gym accountability challenges that encouraged consistency, connection and a bit of friendly motivation. From movement and mindfulness to shared goals, these initiatives created space for people to prioritise their wellbeing during the workday. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with employees genuinely enjoying the opportunity to move, reset and support each other along the way. #Workhuman #LifeAtWorkhuman #EmployeeWellbeing #WellnessAtWork #OfficeCulture #HealthyHabits #ForceForGood

At Workhuman, every Human receives one day each year to volunteer. The rivalry was real and the anticipation was high. Our Workhuman Ryder Cup brought out the best (and most competitive) sides of our Dublin and U.S. offices as teams battled it out for bragging rights on the course. After weeks of buildup, strategy, and some seriously impressive swings, the winners were finally announced at our global office celebration last week! Gold goes to the US! But the event wasn’t just about the leaderboard! We also came together for something bigger. Alongside the tournament, we held a charity raffle in support of @TheGavinGlynnFoundation, an incredible organisation providing life-changing support to families affected by childhood cancer. Huge thanks to everyone who played, cheered, and donated. Whether you were driving long or giving generously, you helped make this event a true Workhuman moment; competitive, connected, and full of heart #RyderCup #LifeAtWorkhuman #Workhuman #Golf #BattleOffices #ForceForGood
What an inspiring Month at Workhuman! In honour of LGBTQ+ History Month, our Sparkle ERG hosted OuthouseDublin, who took us on a meaningful journey through key moments in Ireland’s LGBTQ+ history—covering activism, the AIDS crisis, decriminalisation, and the progress still to come. We’re proud to foster spaces where education and conversation drive inclusion. Thank you to everyone who showed up (and enjoyed the donuts!), and to Outhouse for their incredible impact. Let’s keep the conversation going and continue to stand together. #Diversity #Equity #LGBTQ #EmployeeExperience #PrideInHistory #LifeAtWorkhuman #ForceForGood
