We know that these past few days have been difficult for our #RidiculouslyGood Humans in Texas because of the extreme weather which we feel was an extended natural disaster. Staying true to our frontline first culture, TaskUs is committing the following: - TaskUs will be paying our teammates the difference between the hours they worked and the hours they were scheduled to work. - For Employees that worked 40 or more hours we are grateful for your dedication and we will be paying a one-time stipend on top of pay for hours worked, overtime, and double pay incentives. - We will be reversing any UTO/PTO requests that were submitted as a result of lost time due to the "extreme weather" during the week of February 15th through February 21st. - Our Lizzy’s Clubhouse site in San Antonio and Galaxis site in New Braunfels are open for a warm shelter and work, in case you don't have heat, water, internet, food & feel safe getting on the road get to one of these sites, and we can help you. Please do not hesitate & get to the site if you need assistance.

We’ve got your back. We are opening our Lizzy’s Clubhouse (LCH) site in San Antonio as a warming shelter for those experiencing power outages in their homes. Our doors will be open to teammates and their immediate family members today (February 17) starting at 1:00 PM, and entry will be allowed only until 8:00 PM. Those who choose to stay at LCH may do so until Friday.
