Our team delivered a strong finish and healthy earnings growth for the fourth quarter and the full year of 2024. Looking to 2025, we remain focused on our path of continuous improvement to enhance profitability across the Rollins business. Thank you to our 20,000+ teammates for their steadfast dedication to serving our customers exceptionally.
The 2025 Black History Month theme, African Americans and Labor, focuses on "the various and profound ways that work and working of all kinds – free and unfree, skilled, and unskilled, vocational and voluntary – intersect with the collective experiences of Black people" (https://lnkd.in/gQcPbja). At Rollins, we are champions of innovation and adopting a growth mindset in the workplace. When teammates persevere and make a difference, they make it possible to achieve outstanding results, no matter the challenges they face. It's often the efforts of the unseen contributors that drive success, which is why we want to shine a light on the "Invisible Changemakers" who are the unsung heroes of the workforce. To kick off the month, we are featuring the first Black entomologist, Charles Henry Turner. Charles laid the foundation for what we know about insect behavior - knowledge that has improved our understanding of everything from zoology to neuroscience. He was also a civil rights leader in St. Louis. While we’ll continue to honor these stories internally, we encourage everyone to reflect on and recognize the unseen efforts that drive success in their own workplaces and communities.
This week, Rollins recognizes Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., an advocate and pioneer in the pursuit of racial equality worldwide. Dr. King's lifelong commitment to justice, equal rights, and service is especially significant in his hometown of Atlanta—a city deeply shaped by his impact. Last week, Atlanta-based Rollins Support Center teammates commemorated Dr. King with a Week of Service to support their local community. Teammates beautified the Atlanta Beltline Trail; created 100 Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (S.T.E.A.M.) kits filled with educational tools and activities for elementary students; and packed over 3,000 meals for Open Hand Atlanta. Our teammates' acts of service demonstrate honor for the extraordinary legacy of a leader whose vision and courage continue to inspire change around the world.
During the Holiday season, we often think about gifts, home-cooked meals, and creating special memories with family. It is also the season of giving. Throughout this year, all our brands have given back to their communities in some way, shape, or form. What is your reason for the season?
At Rollins and across our Brands, giving back is at the heart of who we are. Through Rollins Gives, our Atlanta home office philanthropic initiative, our 400+ Rollins Support Center teammates come together to make a difference. The purpose of Rollins Gives is to serve the Atlanta community through intentional engagement and impactful actions by integrating giving back into our daily behaviors. 2024 Rollins Gives Focus Areas: 🌍 Environmental Stewardship: Caring for the world 💙 Community Wellbeing: Caring for our community 👥 Teammate Empowerment: Caring for our team This year, we’re proud to share that we raised over $1 million to support the Atlanta community through these pillars. Our incredible partners, including United Way of Greater Atlanta, the Veterans Empowerment Organization (VEO), the GROVE PARK FOUNDATION INC, the Atlanta Beltline Partnership, and more, have been instrumental in amplifying our impact. Here’s a glimpse into our 2024 Rollins Support Center campaign and the moments that brought us together for the greater good. 🏙️💙

Neil Bloyd of Northwest Exterminating and Ben Hottel of Rollins, Inc. presented at the National Pest Management Association's Pest World Conference in Denver, Colorado last week. In their presentation, “Electrifying Backyard Mosquito Management Programs,” they introduced different electric backpack mist blowers that can be used to treat mosquitos. Great job, Neil and Ben! The rest of the Rollins Entomology Department joined them to support and thoroughly enjoyed the welcome ceremony.
