𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐆𝐚𝐲𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐡 🎓🦋 When Doris and Mamie joined Dan and Max at the Villas at Bryn Mawr to share their educational journeys with "the 'gram", their teammates filled the room with cheers, applause and encouragement. Every answer was met with enthusiastic support from coworkers who couldn't have been more excited to see these two recognized. Doris, a CNA/TMA who has been part of the Bryn Mawr team for nearly two years, is pursuing her Registered Nurse degree at Dakota County Technical College (DCTC) because caring for others is her passion. She says she loves putting smiles on people's faces and looks forward to making an even greater impact as a nurse. For Mamie, also a CNA/TMA and a three-year Monarch employee, the journey began at home. After caring for her late father, she knew she wanted to provide that same compassion and comfort for others—especially older adults. She is also enrolled at DCTC and is working toward her RN with a focus on hospice care. Their stories are different, but they share the same commitment to growing their careers while continuing to serve residents every day.

Shout-Outs bracket challenge celebrating team members who go above and beyond every day. 🥇- Congratulations to 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐭. 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 for taking home the championship trophy and earning a celebratory pizza party! 🍕 🥈- The final matchup was incredibly close, with 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (Litchfield, MN) narrowly finishing second. 🥉- Congratulations as well to semifinal standouts hailing from the north: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 (Eveleth, MN) and 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 (Two Harbors, MN). During #NursesWeek at Bayside Manor in Gaylord, snacks and appreciation were abundant. Themed days included pajama day with a coffee and bagel bar, and a scrubs and snacks day complete with a traveling snack cart. Thank you to the nurses across Monarch communities for the care, compassion, teamwork, and humor you bring each day. Your impact is felt in every moment. 🧡

This is a big moment for us. These are well-established, deeply respected communities that have been serving seniors in their area for years—and we’re honored to carry that legacy forward. We’re bringing both buildings together under one unified campus as: • 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐭. 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 • 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐭. 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 Together, they add more than 250 beds to our organization, making this one of the most significant expansions in Monarch’s history. What matters most, though, is the people. We’re excited to welcome the residents, families, and team members who make these communities so special—and to continue building on the strong foundation already in place. Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating Wendell — a proud United States Marine and cherished resident at The Estates at Bloomington — with a pinning ceremony that brought tears and smiles in equal measure. A heartfelt thank you to Moments Hospice for making this meaningful moment possible. Wendell, your service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
