Our CEO, Somit Goyal, presided over a Town Hall meeting in Dubai, bringing together colleagues from the regional office for an engaging event. Joined by senior leaders Ashish Nanda, CFO, and Abhilash Francis, VP and Region Head, Goyal outlined his strategic vision, shared key company updates, and provided an open platform for the Dubai team to ask questions, exchange ideas, and informally connect with leadership. A highlight was a presentation celebrating the efforts of the regional team in driving growth and success over the past decade. The evening concluded with a relaxed dinner, offering an opportunity for further networking. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event such a success!

Republic, which operates as a codeshare carrier in partnership with American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines, chose IBS Software's iFlight Crew Planning Optimisers to modernise its Preferential Bidding System after a competitive review involving managers, crew members, and their unions. The application will provide Republic with a configurable solution and an intuitive interface, allowing crew members greater control over their schedules while ensuring the airline meets its operational goals.
