Celebrating Our Accreditation on World Menopause Day Howdens recently celebrated our Menopause Friendly Accreditation at the Henpicked Menopause Friendly Employer Awards 2024 – one of around 100 UK companies to achieve this! 🙌 The assessors at Henpicked praised our efforts, highlighting how we have embraced this work in a way that fits with our culture, the resources and facilities we've developed, and the sponsorship from our Executive team. This is a great result for our employee gender working group. Today, on World Menopause Day, our work continues with a Menopause Masterclass for our employees, themed ‘Movement & Exercise’. The class will share top tips to ease symptoms and boost long-term health.
