We celebrated National Compliment Day on January 24. A while back, our team came together to "Throw Confetti Like Kindness" as a reminder that even the smallest words can make a big impact. Sharing compliments, encouragement and kindness is woven into Fuller’s culture every day. Whether it’s lifting up a colleague, supporting a patient or showing appreciation, we know how much kindness matters. Consider this your gentle reminder to pass it on today, and everyday. You never know how deeply a compliment might resonate with someone or how much it might brighten their day.

To close out Suicide Prevention Month, our Fuller team came together on October 5 to honor and support the ongoing work around suicide prevention. We proudly joined nearly 1,000 participants at the AFSP Out of the Darkness Walk at Borderland Park in Easton, Massachusetts, raising both awareness and funds for this important cause.
We are so thankful to help our patients who come through our doors. We see their tremendous work and we do all we can to help them learn the tools to succeed and to cope with the tough times. Sometimes our patients graciously share meaningful gifts with us to let us know they are better for having spent time with us. Here is one of our Assistant Case Managers, Kristy, sharing a beautiful piece of art that a patient sent to us to express her appreciation for her time here.
Our team has a ton of superstars! Here are three of them. This group worked exceptionally hard in August and we just needed to let them know how much we appreciate them. Christine and Michael (pictured on the left and right) in Admissions and their superstar leader, Jess (middle), ensure new patients entering the hospital are treated with care. They are also part of our team that works with our healthcare partners, ensuring patient transitions are smooth and that we are keeping our partners' needs attended to. Thank you for being you, Michael, Christine, and Jess!
We’re excited to welcome our newest staff members who joined us during recent orientations. During the service excellence activity, they worked together seamlessly, showing great teamwork from the start. Your skills, energy and passion will make a wonderful addition to the Fuller family. We’re glad you’re here!
