Excited to share that Flynn has officially closed on the acquisition of Grand Fitness Partners, one of Planet Fitness’ top franchisees. With this addition, Flynn welcomes 98 Planet Fitness clubs across Florida, California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, bringing our total to 141 clubs across six markets and making Flynn the fifth largest Planet Fitness franchisee in the system. Since entering the brand in 2023, we have now more than tripled our Planet Fitness business. More important than the numbers is the opportunity ahead. We are bringing together strong clubs, strong operators, and strong teams with a clear focus on people, disciplined execution, and long term growth. Welcome to our new teammates from Grand Fitness. Meet Our Taco Bell Brand President, Mark Romano. Since joining Flynn in 2019, Mark has helped lead Taco Bell with a style grounded in vision, collaboration, and a deep respect for the people in our restaurants. When asked what continues to guide how he leads, Mark shared a simple but strong perspective: how you spend your energy matters as much as how you spend your time. That mindset shows up in the way he supports teams, recognizes great work, and stays connected to the front line. Mark shared that his favorite part of the day is being in the restaurants with team members, where the best ideas and decisions often begin. He also said what excites him most about leading the brand is the bright future ahead and the opportunity to do it alongside a great team. A huge moment for Flynn Group. A few weeks ago, our founder and CEO, Greg Flynn, was inducted into the International Franchise Association Hall of Fame. This honor speaks to Greg’s leadership, and it also reflects what our teams across Flynn Group have built together. The week provided an opportunity to share best practices, align on priorities, and recognize the leaders who continue to raise the bar across our markets. In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating Rasheeda Clark, President of Flynn Wendy’s. Rasheeda joined Flynn Group four years ago, drawn to Flynn’s longevity, strength in the franchise space, the people, and the chance to grow a brand while creating career growth and employment opportunities in local communities. She leads with clarity, intention, and accountability, and stays close to the business so strategy translates to the frontline. A leadership lesson from her athletic background guides how she leads today: championships are won in the repetition no one sees. Her favorite part of the day is walking into restaurants during market visits and seeing the pride of an RGM. The Flynn value she connects with most is Care Genuinely for People, and she sees it show up through coaching that builds capability, leaders removing barriers, and teams performing with confidence. Meet our Pizza Hut Brand President: Jeremy Biser. Jeremy has led Flynn Pizza Hut for a little over four years after building leadership experience in international markets. He leads more than 1,000 stores across 24 markets and 4 divisions, and he stays focused on what matters most in the day-to-day: people, growth, and results. Jeremy’s style is authentic, direct, and transparent. The lesson he leads with is simple, build on your strengths to go from good to great. What excites him most about this role is creating opportunities that change lives. Premier is a journey, not a destination.
Our Cleveland Support Center had our Year-End Winter Event at the House of Blues last week! It was filled with delicious food, recognition and awards, karaoke, a magician, and lots of mingling! This event is a thank you to all of our Support Center teams for all the hard work and dedication they give to Flynn Group throughout the year!
