Google, Adobe, Elsevier and others have been named as some of the highest-rated employers for perks and benefits in 2025. Comparably compiled lists for best work-life balance and best happiness. Questions for these lists included whether staff are satisfied with their work-life balance and if they are proud to be a part of their organisation. The top three employers for best work-life balance were Elsevier, TP and First Merchants, while the top employers for happiness, Perks and Benefits were Google, Radiance Technologies, Adobe, The Breakers Palm Beach, Alkami Technology, Elsevier and others. The list uses anonymous employee feedback.
