7-Eleven Singapore yesterday announced the launch of its corporate social responsibility programme, Together We Care, dedicated to uplifting children, youth and families. At a time where communities face growing challenges and evolving needs, 7-Eleven is partnering with Singapore Children's Society to support their mission of bringing relief and happiness to children in need. Over the next two years, 7-Eleven will pledge S$80,000 by contributing 10 cents from every signature Egg and Cheese sandwich sold across its 460+ stores in Singapore. 7-Eleven stores will also serve as community touchpoints to highlight the Society’s work and resources to raise awareness of their programmes, while team members will volunteer their time to bring care and joy to service users. The partnership was launched at the inaugural 7-Eleven Run and Quest 2025 and graced by Guest of Honour President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Patron-in-Chief of Singapore Children’s Society. Through this partnership, everyday purchases at 7-Eleven become a chance to give back. As Singapore’s largest convenience retailer, we’re proud to be always near and here for our community.
We’re proud to share that DFI Singapore has recently been recognised as a Company of Good by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) in recognition of our sustained efforts to uplift communities and create meaningful, lasting impact. Across our brands, we’ve supported a range of causes, from fundraising and food drives to mental health advocacy, providing essentials and personal care items to underprivileged families, organising charity car washes, and delivering meals to those in need. Beyond giving back, we’re also driving change through sustainable business practices. We’re thankful and honoured to be recognised among 400 companies in Singapore – a testament to the positive impact purpose-driven organisations can create. We’re committed to playing our part in sustainably serving Asia for generations with meaningful everyday moments.

Every June, we celebrate what makes DFI unique — our people! In this year’s People Month, themed hashtag#CreatingPossibilities, our team members made it magical across every market, booth, and conversation, showcasing what’s possible when people lead the way. 💡From hashtag#career inspiration to hands-on hashtag#AI learning and the launch of two powerful people-focused platforms – DFI Link and DFILEARN – we explored hashtag#growth, impact, and hashtag#innovation together. ✨Local highlights like the AI@DFI Fiesta and Learn-opoly booths brought learning to life with games, coaching, and community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined in. Let’s keep creating possibilities — every day, in every action.

Last month, we successfully concluded our inaugural Diversity Summer Internship Programme. DFI Retail Group, Hongkong Land Limited and Hong Kong Maxim's Group have joined hands for the first time this summer to launch the Diversity Internship Programme, a 5-week programme aimed to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), which is part of our strategic focus on creating an inclusive workplace to attract top-tier talent. Through this programme, five talented students from diverse backgrounds rotated across the three companies to gain hands-on experience across various functions, including Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Corporate Social Responsibility, and People & Culture. They have brought unique cultural perspectives to the organisations and inspired new ways to collaborate and problem solving. We celebrated the programme's success at a closing ceremony in our Hong Kong office. Our partnering companies expressed interest in expanding the programme to involve more students next year. We are eager to continue fostering DE&I at the workplace everyday, and a more inclusive future.
