We are delighted to announce Tina has passed her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management with Avado. Tina started as a Customer Service & Sales Executive with CODE over 11 years ago at our Leicester site, working her way up to Accommodation Manager, Senior Accommodation Manager, Regional Accommodation Manager and most recently HR Manager. Lynn Lewis, Customer Service & Welfare Director, has said, "It has been an absolute pleasure to support Tina's career development over the years and great to see how we've been able to work together enabling a better work-life balance without restricting personal growth. We are incredibly proud of her! Quite the achievement in just a year!". Tina is currently planning her ten-year work anniversary gift from CODE and will be flying first class to New York very soon as a treat from CODE and said "It's been great to have support from CODE to achieve this qualification whilst also juggling a busy family life. I appreciate the opportunity to continue to develop professionally, and I am looking forward to putting new learnings into practice. I really feel CODE values and rewards its staff...
