We're proud to announce that we have officially achieved accreditation as a menopause-friendly employer in the UK & Ireland nine months after committing to reach this independent standard. This accreditation is a huge milestone involving significant work from multiple people across the UKI organisation. Over the past 18 months, we have implemented several initiatives to demonstrate our commitment to being menopause friendly. HR policies have been revised, training resources have been introduced, and a new information portal, 'The Menopause Hotspot,' was launched. Multiple coffee chats, virtually and face-to-face, at our manufacturing sites have taken place, with over 300 employees talking openly and increasing awareness around this subject.
