Celebrating Women's History Month; Meet Michelle Michelle, Chief Nursing Officer at Atrium Health Lincoln, felt a calling to health care from a young age. She began in an ED manager position with a love for people and science as the foundation of her career. "Nursing was an obvious fit for me," she reflects. For Michelle, Women's History Month holds profound significance. "It is not that long ago that women did not have the same rights and privileges," she asserts, expressing gratitude to those who fought for equality. At Atrium Health, Michelle sees women represented at every level. "Women have a voice and are recognized for their contributions," she says.
