It was one of my goals from day one, and reaching it has been a humbling and rewarding experience. I started as a CX Associate, later moved into the franchise department, and then became a peer-to-peer coach—a role I really loved because it allowed me to support new agents and help them grow. That experience sparked my passion for training, and I pursued an internship with the Learning & Development team.
