Ventajas

There are great people at this company, unfortunately they're not the ones leading or making the decisions that ultimately affect everyone else.

Desventajas

Too many to list. The new CEO came in and immediately started putting his buddies in leadership positions. Instead of focusing on solving the issues with products and addressing communication between departments, he seems preoccupied with employee surveillance and outsourcing roles to India. Profit over people. So much talent and knowledge out the door and the company is just turning into another corporate machine. If you're looking for longevity or just a nice place to work, this isn't the company for you.

culture, benefits, work / life balance, excellent management at every level

Ventajas

Some colleagues are genuinely trying to help and do good work. The customers are more forgiving than I have ever seen in any company.

Desventajas

The product is on a downward spiral. Customers are always frustrated. Tons of customers looking for an out. Routeware is losing revenue like no one's business. There is a new c -suite. No one interviewed. They all just brought their friends and gave eachother higher titles at Routeware. The new leadership has brought clear biases, micro management, and bad behaviors that has been sending people running for the hills. They are pushing out women and people of color, planning to add software that takes pictures of your screen every 30 minutes, and just overall, the opposite of what the company needed. Unsure if the board knows what these guys are up to but this company is going under and I suggest you get off/not get on the ship. Even if you desperately need a job, I promise you...this is not the place to go.
