      Ventajas

      All the equipment you need to succeed. They pay well, you get your own truck to do your own routes. Very flexible with your work schedule. After a year you will get a stipend to buy extra tools or equipment you want to do your work. You can also get a 401 K.

      Desventajas

      High overhead continually leads to lower job availability. By July I usually would be out of work or have very little. Also, plant healthcare is messy. Getting sprayed with chelated iron will make you look like a serial killer every day.

      Moderate pay, a lot of freedom, some good management, mistakes not held against you.

      Desventajas

      Not the best pay, one of managers is difficult to work with and very frustrating. Unfair expectations. Not enough salesmen to keep the production going. Meager to no benefits.
