Ventajas

That's what an engineer aspire to. Most brilliant and supporting colleagues. You never feel left alone, and you learn from every interaction with your teammates. I many times think I'm the dumbest person because very brilliant minds surround me. As an engineering leader, I have the tools to attract the best talent to work with our teams: interesting compensation, great benefits, 100% remote, multicultural and international working environment, engineering challenges, peers to learn from, supporting working environment, etc.
Desventajas
E-commerce at this scale is FAAAAAAst-paced, which can be exhausting sometimes. You need to know what you're signing for. There have been quite a few organizational changes in the last year, which made it a bit of a somewhat rough period, but the new leadership has provided confidence and evidences that we're heading in the right direction.
