      Like the physical aspects of my job and enjoyed the company of my coworkers during work. Alot of cool people.

      Desventajas

      I worked at concert venue so it was hard to get around with so many people.

      Ventajas

      Pay and benefits. Support staff. Training opportunities when permitted to participate.

      Desventajas

      Every venue’s ability and level of morale is based off of the GM and their prerogatives. Corporate is completely disconnected from the field despite their disparaging efforts to act otherwise. The company preaches the typical DEI and anti-harassment jargon yet doesn’t apply the same rules to everyone. Retaliation is a thing within this company as well.
