Ventajas
The company has a very easy pace of work. I would recommend this to someone who is content with their career advancement and would like to coast. The workload is very manageable. Expectations are focused on uptime, with major infrastructure redundancies already in place. Benefits are good, and the profit-sharing is a nice perk that encourages retention. I would argue this is a good place to be to end your career and ride until retirement.
Desventajas
-Minimal PTO - two weeks to start.
-No HR, it can be hard to figure out the benefits
-Career advancement doesn't really exist
-Behind in terms of technology
