Desventajas
Any positive review is from heads of this terrible corporation. Pay was so low, it basically insinuated a fast food worker could do the job. Micromanaging tasks to the extreme which wasted time and could have been spent getting actual work done. Unrealistic expectations increased constantly, yet.. no raises for department in years. Rules didn’t apply to all staff in same department. Basically since CGM took over, they made working in Support unbearable. I wouldn’t refer working there to my worst enemy. The executives can pretend all they want, but their actions were very clear in that they do not care for their staff. Particularly Support, who are the most direct contact with their clients. It’s truly sad. So many clients continued to stay only because of individuals in Support who are so undervalued, unappreciated and not compensated for the amount of work.
