Im thinking really hard on this one… maybe a few colleagues and a nice office.
Desventajas
The list is long: - Unreliable core product and questionable add ons - Impossible and unrealistic targets designed for employees failure - Toxic environment. There is a lot of gossiping and they enjoy making fun of clients and ex - employees - Non existent team work culture. Colleagues or superiors would question you when you ask for help or have any doubts - Toxic leadership, the kind that gets really angry if you make challenging questions during their “ask me anything” sessions. Also, don’t be surprised if you read very angry emails from one of the Co-founders - Bullying disguised as humour is tolerated - Unnecessary “optional” events that if you skip (because you have a life) you would get called out by the GM during their local team meetings - Hybrid work model with fixed office days on Mondays and Fridays, so you attend the irrelevant Global team call that nobody pays attention to - I cannot name a single person from this company to look up to and did not learn anything - If you are looking for stability do not join Deliverect, their products are ill - conceived and disfunctional. Their business model looks to be far from profitable. - If you decide to join, make sure to align small talk, your opinion or thoughts with leadership, otherwise they will feel contradicted and offended, could cost your job (if you are not impacted by their unpredicted and sporadic lay offs first)
