All interviews were conducted online. The process started with a 15-minute introductory call, followed by a 30-minute technical interview, and then a 15-minute conversation with the Chief of Staff. After completing these three rounds, The final step was an invitation to visit the Munich office to try the game and meet the rest of the team. However, the following day I received a generic rejection email. After inquiring for feedback I was advised that there was a misunderstanding from their side.
