How do you feel about "culture fit" as being something important to your work environment? (This question should have been my first red flag.) Also, they bad mouthed the last developer, and asked me a bunch of questions how I would do things better than the last guy. (This too should have been a red flag.)

Talk about previous project experiences.
Nothing Technical asked what I was expecting. Just normal questions based on resume, like what I did in my previous web developer internship, and if I can use their software (CMS) to build and manage the website. Basically the supervisor was looking for confidence in me, and she got it.
Test after test before any questions.
