The interview was a lengthy process involving three different stages. Each of the stages didn't really ask me much about if I was really able to do the job, but more of just a chat with each of the people involved who I would work with and all we talked about was just a casual chat and nothing too intricate. So I guess it was more about them just trying to understand if I was a decent person to work with, which was more appreciated than it being too 'corporate' or like I was being interrogated.
