I applied from the job portal and the recruiter approached me setting up a first call. We had a first call and I was having a very positive image. After the first call, he sent me a take-home task (a machine learning time series task), I worked on that task and sent the task back to the recruiter within the proposed timeframe. After that, I was completely ghosted. I sent multiple emails and after three weeks, recruiter sent an email that you are not a good fit. I asked for feedback and there was no response at all. Thanks for wasting four weeks and without any followup. Really bad and negative experience so far.

I applied through the Recruiter portal and my interviews were all online. The process included 4 steps: Initial call with HR, take home challenge, discussion over results with product manager, final interview with senior management. After a brief meet-the-team meeting I received the final acceptance. The process took a total of 5 weeks. Everything was always clearly communicated and was well structured. Everyone was very friendly and interested, which gave me a good private impression for the company culture and their personal mission.
