Entrevista
4 steps, including first phone interview, case interview, take home case and final pitch in front of the managing director. Interview process took quite effort and was challenging, but interviews were really interesting topics and you got a great overview of the wattx culture, it's people and the kind of work to expect when starting as a venture development manager.

Ich habe mich während des gesamten Interviewprozesses wohl gefühlt. Er beinhaltete 4 Steps (Recruiter Call, Oral Case Study, Take Home Case Study Presentation, Meet the Team). Der Take Home Case war umfangreich und einem wurde viel Spielraum bei der Beantwortung gegeben.

Entrevista
Das erste Gespräch ist ein Telefonat bei dem auf die Motivation zur Stelle und der Rahmenbedingungen eingegangen wird. Die Stimmung war super entspannt und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich sollte mich kurz vorstellen, meine Interviewpartnerin hat sich auch vorgestellt. Die Firma wurde vorgestellt und ich sollte meine Motivation für die Stelle darlegen. Danach wurde über Startdatum, Gehaltsvorstellungen und den weiteren Prozess gesprochen.
Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung
