Applied online. Invited for an interview at the restaurant. Then sent for an experience day at a centre of excellence. Received a phone call in the week saying that they were hiring internally.

Applied online, called up for an interview. Interviewers were nice. Interview was not too hard, but a lot of questions. The biggest down side is that was promised I will be contacted with an answer, answer which never came. It's very strange and unprofessional that in 2018 recruiters are still ignoring aplicants and don't provide feedback good or bad.
