Pretty simple actually! applied online! did a very fast answer from the owner directly! Got to the interview, when i showed up nobody was there, which kind of was a red flag for me at start

Where have you worked before The guy just wanted to hire someone. That's it! Really not worht very much of the interview!
Not great very small operation with tons of revenue but very stingy pay . Seems as if they were not trying to even pay attention to you while you speak. It was very annoyibg
