it was nice and smooth, both technical and soft skill aspects were covered. there were 4 different stages, and the overall impression was quite good. everyone was professional and very friendly.

Entrevista
Phone screening with HR.
Meeting with HR.
Take home technical task to complete in a given deadline.
Technical interview with live coding and review of the technical task.
HR and technical interviewers were decent and easy to talk to.
Everything seemed positive in all stages until the final decision. I've been told someone in management suddenly decided "they needed to stop hiring people for awhile".
It was such a waste of time for myself and the people were interviewing me.
