First of all, an introductory meeting was held. The employee who held the meeting gave all the information about the operation of the company and about this position. I was told that a case study would be sent to me and the process would progress depending on the result of this case study. A negative answer was given as the result of the case study was thought to be insufficient. When I asked for clarification on which areas I was inadequate, they said that some technical requirements were missing. Funny thing is, these requirements were not mentioned in the case study document. For this reason, I do not think that the company's policy regarding the process is very fair.
