The assessment is the first step in our recruitment process, and it is completely voluntary. Posting a link to a solution online doesn’t help anybody. You are deceiving other prospects into copying a solution and risk being rejected – we will not be inviting candidates who submit a copy-paste solution. The candidate who posted the solution has been contacted as they clearly breached the terms of the NDA, which was accepted before taking the test. Kind regards think-cell HR team.
