The whole interview process is quite straightforward. Self-introduction, go over the portfolio and some general questions. Then they have a brief intro about their work, and the organization inside the studio.

Very long process, there was some miscommunication, as applied for AA role but ended up interviewing for graduate scheme. 4 interviews in total with HR, Architects and directors from Hong Kong and London’s office. Interview was very in depth and explained a lot about the role however and seemed like an interesting environment to work in due to the opportunities.
