It was okay. The interviewers were nice, and they asked me to write out my schedule on a piece of paper to assess my availability. They also asked me about my relationship with LEGO and how well I work with kids.

The interview was really easy going- I just made sure to chat about how enthusiastic about Lego I was. It helps to know some ranges you like or specific sets up front, to 'prove' your interest. I got offered the job the day after. The only 'scary' part was that it was two interviewers, but one was just taking notes.
