The interview process began with completing a PDF questionnaire that assessed my proficiency with various software programs, my strengths and weaknesses, and my ability to build LEGOs both with and without instructions. Following this, I was asked to create an artifact that would succinctly and effectively represent me. Once the artifact was completed, I participated in a recorded video interview featuring approximately 15 questions, including an explanation of my artifact. After this initial interview, I was invited to an online interview with three members of the Model Governance team, which lasted about 15 minutes.
