It was nice to go through interviews with all the people involved. The HR recruiter was very nice, and it was great engaging with my manager before meeting some of my team members. Preparing and presenting my case was fun, since I had a lot of freedom to choose the content and the process. I felt like we had some great engagements, asking and answering questions about my background, the team and my role.
