The process for me was fairly extensive with three stages, however they were well spaced out which ensured there was sufficient time for preparation. The interviews themselves were conducted well and felt like quite natural conversations despite the structured nature of questions and answers.

Interview took place over three stages; initial screening, technical case study and lastly a series of more general questions to assess how you might approach problems in the workplace. Interview was thorough, but not too difficult. Generally a friendly approach.
