The whole process I had so good communication from the talent acquisition team. They gave me clear next steps on what to expect on the 3 interviews rounds. Another great experience was the timings of the feedbacks and space between each interview.

Why I wanted to join Lego Group

Entrevista
Three sessions starting with an initial interview with HR to assess suitability for the role based on my application and also a chance for me to ask more about the role. A second interview which was a more of a functional connect with two of the hiring managers and experts and a deeper dive into the role and my abilities, this was conducted in a conversational way which made me feel relaxed and able to do my best to showcase my skillset. A final case study and interview which was structured and more formal with a wider group of interviewers and experts in the hiring field. This helped me demonstrate my suitability for the job and confirm in Q&A that I wanted the role. A very positive and well conducted process.
