I send my application and was called in for 2 interviews for to different departments. Each interview took 1 hour and we had a dialog about the job and me. They told me about LEGO and gave me a short tour of one the labs. They day after they called me and offeret me the job and i accepted.

The interview went very smoothly, it was for the job I have now at LEGO. I made it through two interviews at the same day. Both of the interviews was for Laboratory Interns. Each interviews were one hour long.

I sent in an online application. A few weeks later I was called for an online interview, where I was asked about a range of things mostly focusing on my view of working at a mechanical laboratory. I had gotten a lot of information about the daily work process, the company itself and the mentality of the department.
