I received an email from HR, in which I was asked to click the link in the email and schedule a timeslot with the HR. So I scheduled an interview with the HR in the next Monday, which went well. Then I received another email on the same day to schedule an interview with the hiring manager, and miraculously we were able to find a timeslot on Tuesday in the same week. After two interviews on Monday and Tuesday, I received a call from HR on Thursday in the same week, and she told me I was not selected to proceed further to the next step, She also kindly explained the decisions. Overall, this is a wonderful experience to go through the interview process with Lego, even though I didn't get the offer. The whole process was very efficient. In the interview with the hiring manager, he also prepared a presentation to explain the role and introduce the apartment. What I really appreciate this experience is Lego is very fast and respectful. In less than a week, the whole process was done and the result was given. This is definitely one of the next applying experience I've ever had.
